Friday, September 30th, 2011, Bandung Techno Park (BTP) held a seminar titled "Policies for Preparing as Entrepreneurs Early". This seminar was held in the Multimedia Room, Learning Center, IT Telkom campus and attended by 60s student participants.
"In the future, Job fair will be quiet. And in the future anyway, entrepreneurship will become a lifestyle ", said the seminar speaker, Ratoyo Rasdan when starting the event.
Assistant deputy of Youth Entrepreneurship, the Ministry of Youth and Sports said that the state target is to grow the entrepreneur at 2% of the population of Indonesia.
"In 80's, Malaysia was still a normal state, but it is now a developed country. About 3 percent of the populations of Malaysia are entrepreneurs, and it carries big impact for the progress of the State. "Reveal Ratoyo.
Indeed entrepreneurs become very popular right now, especially among college students. State itself currently provides support facilities for young entrepreneurs to develop their businesses, because entrepreneurs itself basically give a positive impact for economic development and quality development of the population.
Beside seminar, BTP also showed some of the research results on second floor lobby of the Learning Center such as a USB Key, Automatic Bus Ticketing, Exhaust Emission Detector, "Ripiu" and the other results of research that successfully developed by the Bandung Techno Park.

She was born on 1982 and comes from Banjarmasin. She is a lecturer of Faculty of Informatics. She began her teaching career at IT Telkom in 2006.
He was born 1976. He is from Purwakarta. He is one of the lecturers of Faculty of Informatics. He began his career at IT Telkom since 2003. He once served as the Head of Computer System and Computer Network Laboratory. He was also the Head of Bachelor Program in Faculty of Informatics in 2008.
He was born on 1966. He is a lecturer in Faculty of Informatics. He comes from Kulon Progo and began his career at IT Telkom in 2004
She was born on 1977. She comes from Semarang. She began her career in IT Telkom since 2002. She is an Informatics lecturer at IT Telkom. She teaches Algorithm and Data Structure, Design and Algorithm Analysis, and Analysis and Design of Information System.
Once again, one of IT Telkom students earned outstanding award in national level. His name is Ahmad Agung Ahkam, an Informatics student from the class of 2007. He won achieved a gold medal in the National Mathematics and Science Olympic for University Students (ON MIPA-PT).
