Residence Permit Requirements
The following exposure information about the requirements and residence permit in the Republic of Indonesia.

Passport Application Requirements
1. Fill out the passport application form correctly and complete RI (perdim 11, which can be obtained at the immigration office);
2. Attach the original file and a copy of identity, among others;
a. Indonesian ID Card (KTP);
b. Birth Certificate (KK) and or Learning Graduate Certificate / Diploma;
c. Letter of Marriage / Marriage Certificate for those who have married;
3. RI of the old passport to the applicant's passport replacement RI;
4. Letter of the name change (if it is planned to be a change or name change)
5. Written recommendations from the leadership for those who work as civil servants, employees of state enterprises, military / police or Private Employees;
6. Applicant make payment in accordance with the applicable (Government Regulation no. 38 Year 2009 regarding State Revenue in the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia).

Requirements For Children Under the Age (Under 17 YEARS)
1. Fill out the passport application form correctly and complete RI (perdim 11, which can be obtained at the immigration office);
2. Attach the original file and photocopy of identity, among others;
a. birth certificate;
b. Old identity cards of people;
c. Family Card;
d. STTB / Diploma, or Certificate of Birth Parents;
e. Letter of Marriage / Marriage Parent;
f. Parent Coffee Passport photos are still valid;
3. RI of the old passport to the applicant's passport replacement RI;
4. Attach a letter written statement Rp 6000 stamp from the Parent.
5. Applicant make payment in accordance with the applicable (Government Regulation no. 19 Year 2007 regarding State Revenue in the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia).

+ Passport
Here is a settlement procedure for a passport photo system integrated biometric-based.

1. Applicants to submit the file to a predetermined counter;
2. Officers receive and examine the file;
3. Officers do Giving and Taking File File Number Lama;
4. Officers conduct examination Block, and make provision Screaning number;

e. Letter of Marriage / Marriage Parent;

replacement passport lost / damaged
• Be careful in storing and keeping your passport,
• Your passport can be used by others for the things that can harm you.

Passport is the document states, then the holder was asked to be careful in storing and keeping, that is not lost / damaged and fell into the hands that are not eligible.
1. If your passport is lost / damaged, was asked to immediately report to the Immigration Office where the holder is domiciled to request a replacement.
2. Replacement passports are lost / damaged, implemented after through interrogation, and approved by the Head Office of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights in this regard Immigration Affairs Coordinator.
3. If the inspection found the element of recklessness or negligence, with the reasons which can not be accepted, the provision of a passport may be suspended for 6 (six) months to more than 2 (two) years.
4. If your passport is lost / damaged abroad, ask promptly to RI Representatives abroad, to get a reimbursement form:
