Information System Bachelor Degree Study Program was opened by Minister of National Education (Education Minister) of the Republic of Indonesia Number 235/D/O/2007 dated on 30th of November 2007.
Curriculum of Studies Information System Bachelor Degree Study Program is designed with a total burden of 145 credits for the course duration 4 years / 8 semesters. For students who can keep grade of semester not less than 3.00 at each end of the semester have been provided the study of planning through Curriculum Acceleration Scheme 3.5 years / 7 semesters.

Organizing educational activities, research, and support the implementation of services to the society and the information and communication industry through empowerment resources optimally, independent and able to cooperate with others to ensure the development and quality improvement, accountability, functions and role of the majors.
Goals
Producing graduates who:
- Develop human resources that have the academic knowledge and competence in the field of information systems, management, and information technology.
- Develop the skills needed to design effective and efficient information systems from an organization and business by implementing the latest information technology in various applications.
- Foster students to have the ability to think analytically, critically, good communication and professional ethics.
He was born on 1975. He comes from Jember. He has been a lecturer of Faculty of Electrical and Communication Engineering since 2001. He once held a position as the Head of Electronic System Laboratory and the Assistant Manager of Student Affairs Division. Currently, he is the Manager of Technology and Learning Method.
He was born on 1973 and comes from Purwakarta. He is a lecturer of Faculty of Infromatics. He began his teaching career in 2004
She was born on 1978 and comes from Tasikmalaya. She is a lecturer of Faculty of Informatics. She began her teaching career at IT Telkom in 2001.
She was born on 1979 and comes from Semarang. She is a lecturer of Faculty of Informatics. She began her career as lecturer at IT Telkom in 2003.
She was born on 1977. She comes from Semarang. She began her career in IT Telkom since 2002. She is an Informatics lecturer at IT Telkom. She teaches Algorithm and Data Structure, Design and Algorithm Analysis, and Analysis and Design of Information System.
Once again, one of IT Telkom students earned outstanding award in national level. His name is Ahmad Agung Ahkam, an Informatics student from the class of 2007. He won achieved a gold medal in the National Mathematics and Science Olympic for University Students (ON MIPA-PT).
