PRE-DEPARTURE
If you are international applicants seeking admission to ITTelkom, you must submit completed application set and all required documents to the International Office of ITTelkom. These documents must arrive at the office by the application closing date. Decision for admission of international applicants will be based on the submitted documents.

Application set is attached in the brochure (the last pages) or can be sent via e-mail upon request to kuitel@ittelkom.ac.id .

APPLICATION SET TO BE SUBMITTED ARE:

1. Completed application form Download
2. The statement of legality (IT Telkom form) Download
   
3. The statement of compliance to rules and non-employment (IT Telkom from) Download
4. The statement of financial support (IT Telkom form) Download
5. The statement of sponsorship (if there is a party sponsoring the applicant) Download
6. Senior high school diploma for D3 and undergraduate programs; college degree diploma for graduate program
7. Academic transcript for D3 and undergraduate programs; college degree diploma for graduate program
8. Reference letter from schools or place where applicants work Download
9. Reference medical certificate of general health status and free-drug use (IT Telkom form) Download
10. CV (for graduate program-IT Telkom form) Download
11. Copies of the relevant pages of your passport
12. 8 passport-sized photographs (red-background)
13. Recent TOEFL certificate (minimum score of 450-paper based)

You must send the completed 2 (two) copies of application set and all required documents before the Application Closing Date via registered mail or e-mail to:
