S1 Computational Science

Computational Science Bachelor Degree Study Program newly established in early 2009 based on the decision of the Directorate of Higher Education Department of National Education Republic of Indonesia Number 90/D/T/2009 dated on January 21, 2009.

Computational Science Bachelor Degree Study Program is designed with a total load 145 credits for the course duration 4 years / 8 semesters. For students who can keep the grade of semester not less than 3.00 at each end of the semester have been provided the study of planning through Curriculum Acceleration Scheme 3.5 years / 7 semesters.

Vision

Being Computational Science Bachelor Degree Study Program is able to produce graduates who are skilled, able to practice the knowledge and develop themselves in the field of computational science and information technology.

Mission

Organizing Tridharma and service in industry, developing an academic atmosphere, the empowerment of laboratories, develop curriculum that appropriate with competencies expected by markets, and enhance cooperation with other institutions.

Target

Producing graduates who have knowledge and expertise in the field of computing, in order be able to practice and develop science and technology.

Goals

Producing graduates who have knowledge and expertise in the field of Computational Sciences that able to:

  1. Understand and model a problem
  2. Design an efficient algorithm to solve the problem
  3. Build an efficient computational system technology and high performance computing.
  4. Communicate and work together
  5. Develop the entrepreneurial spirit
